Responsible body and objective of the data protection declaration

This privacy policy clarifies the use and application of the data that is collected or processed in connection with the use of the application (hereinafter referred to as "app" or "application"). The Privacy Policy refers to the Android app Shopping List of LvB Software.

The app does not collect or process any personal user data. Shopping lists created remain locally on the user's smartphone or tablet.

We do not actively pass on any data to third parties. However, since we use the AdMob advertising platform, it is possible that this platform may collect and process data separately. We have no influence on this.

The user has the right to view the data stored about the user and/or have it deleted. Deletion of the data may restrict the use of the app. In this case, the proper use of the app may no longer be possible.
Requests for deletion or inspection of the data must be submitted by e-mail to privacy@lvb-software.com.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy in order to adapt it to legal requirements or in case of changes in the service.
It is the duty of the user to inform himself/herself independently and regularly about the content of the privacy policy.
